style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maestro en negocios por la Kellogg School of Management de la Universidad de Northwestern y licenciado en econom\u00eda por la Universidad Iberoamericana, Alejandro Diez Barroso es socio fundador y director de Dila Capital, un fondo de capital de riesgo que apoya a emprendedores de toda Am\u00e9rica Latina, y en cuyo portafolio se cuentan empresas como Urbvan, Kushki, y Ben &amp; Frank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mediados del 2021, DILA Capital anuncio un segundo cierre de 60 millones de d\u00f3lares para su nuevo fondo de inversi\u00f3n, con el que busca invertir entre 750,000 y 3 millones de d\u00f3lares en 20 compa\u00f1\u00edas de tecnolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los inicios de la carrera profesional de Diez Barroso se dieron cuando particip\u00f3 en la fundaci\u00f3n de Wau Spot, empresa que se dedicaba a la publicidad de productos en centros comerciales; cuando la compa\u00f1\u00eda fue vendida en 2004, Alejandro levant\u00f3 un fondo de inversi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del cual invirti\u00f3 en tres impresas, entre las que se encontraban Vilebrequin M\u00e9xico, de la cual fue director general entre 2006 y 2009.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde ese entonces, el empresario se dedica a las inversiones de capital privado, con especial inter\u00e9s en el capital emprendedor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alejandro Diez Barroso also serves as a Board member in several of&nbsp; DILA Capital\u2019s
