Elizondo Mayer-Serra es egresado de la licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales por El Colegio de M\u00e9xico, y maestro y doctor en Ciencia Pol\u00edtica por la Universidad de Oxford. Actualmente es profesor de la Escuela de Gobierno y Transformaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Tec  de Monterrey.<\/p><p>Forma parte del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda de M\u00e9xico, cuenta con grado m\u00e1ximo de investigador nacional, nivel III.<\/p><p>Escribe semanalmente en la p\u00e1gina editorial de Reforma, se publica en domingo. Conduce el programa Primer C\u00edrculo todos los lunes en ADN 40, junto con Federico Reyes Heroles.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Es autor de numerosas publicaciones sobre pol\u00edtica comparada, econom\u00eda pol\u00edtica y la relaci\u00f3n entre derecho y pol\u00edtica. Su \u00faltimo libro, fue publicado en enero del 2021: Y mi palabra es la ley.
